Management Trainee Fall 2026 Internship
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students to build valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. As a paid intern, you will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers supporting learning, growth, and fun. This role is located at either 280 Mortensen Ave Salinas, CA, 93905 or 1340 Fremont Blvd Seaside, CA, 93955. It is for students in their final semester of a bachelor's degree program, graduating in December 2026. This is a part-time position offering $22 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be enrolled full-time at a 4-year university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in your final semester graduating December 2026.
- Must have 3 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
- 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start employment in October 2026.
- Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week during the internship.
- Requires a valid unrestricted driver's license.
