About The Position

The Hertz Manager in Training (MIT) Program is designed for individuals seeking to develop leadership skills and gain hands-on business experience. Trainees receive structured training in sales, operations, customer service, finance, fleet management, and people leadership, learning the business from the ground up. The program provides a path to becoming a Branch Manager in as little as 12–18 months. Participants work alongside experienced leaders and learn how to manage a successful business operation.

Requirements

Benefits

Starting pay of $18.00 per hour.
Overtime pay opportunities when approved.
