Management Trainee (Leadership Development Program)
About The Position
Hertz’s Manager in Training (MIT) Program is designed for people seeking to develop leadership skills and gain hands-on business experience. Trainees receive structured instruction in sales, operations, customer service, finance, fleet management, and people leadership, learning the different aspects of running a successful business. The program offers a path to becoming a Branch Manager in as little as 12–18 months. Participants work alongside experienced leaders and develop skills in sales and customer relationship management, operational and fleet management, financial performance and business analytics, customer service leadership, team development, problem-solving, decision-making, and branch profitability.
Requirements
