About The Position

Hertz’s Manager in Training (MIT) Program is designed for ambitious individuals seeking to develop leadership skills, gain business experience, and advance into management. Participants receive hands-on training in sales, operations, customer service, finance, fleet management, and people leadership, learning the different aspects of running a successful business. The program provides a defined path to becoming a Branch Manager in as little as 12–18 months. Trainees work alongside experienced leaders and develop skills in sales and customer relationship management, operational excellence and fleet management, financial performance and business analytics, customer service leadership, team development and employee coaching, problem-solving, decision-making, branch operations, and profitability management. The position is based at 6800 Auto Center Dr, Ventura, CA 93003. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
