Management Trainee - Southaven / Olive Branch / Horn Lake
About The Position
Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the North Mississippi market, including Southaven, Olive Branch, Horn Lake, Senatobia, and surrounding communities. Placement may be at different Enterprise Mobility locations in the market, depending on business needs and available opportunities. Management Trainees begin learning the business from a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. Through a structured, hands-on program with guidance, mentoring, and support, trainees learn the skills needed to eventually run a branch, develop a team, and cultivate new business. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with a focus on putting customers first and building community relationships. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $51,200–$54,200, based on an average 45-hour work week. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or current enrollment with one semester remaining before graduation with a Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership. Military service and/or college or professional athletics participation may be considered in lieu of sales or customer service experience.
- Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record within the past 3 years.
- No drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record within the past 5 years, such as DUI/DWI.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
Responsibilities
