About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, with positions located at various locations throughout Oahu. Management Trainees begin learning the business from a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. The structured, hands-on program provides training, mentoring, and support to prepare trainees to run their own branch, cultivate business, and develop a team. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with a focus on putting customers first and building relationships in the community. The position offers a targeted first-year annual compensation of $60,021 and an average 45-hour work week.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a bachelor's degree or be graduating with one within the next three months.
• Must have at least six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Must have a satisfactory driving record, defined as no more than three moving violations in the past three years.
• Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, within the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
