About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, with positions at various locations throughout Oahu. Trainees begin learning the business at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. Through a structured, hands-on program with training, mentoring, and support, trainees build skills in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with the opportunity to progress toward running a branch, developing a team, and cultivating new business. The role also involves building relationships in the community and contributing to a customer-first business culture. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $60,021 and an average 45-hour work week. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a bachelor's degree or be graduating with one within the next three months.
Have at least six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales.
Have a valid U.S. driver's license.
Have a satisfactory driving record, defined as no more than three moving violations in the past three years.
Have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, within the past five years.
Be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
