About The Position

This is a summer full-time internship opportunity for university/college students looking to build valuable business and leadership skills. The Enterprise Management Internship provides real-world professional experience, helping interns stand out from the crowd. Interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. They will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and enjoyment. The internship involves working 40 hours per week and pays $17 per hour. The program is located at either 1406 South Loop Central, Houston, TX. 77054, or 11130 Gulf Fwy, Houston TX. 77034.

Requirements

Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program or Masters of Business Administration, with a graduation date of December 2027
Must be willing to commit to our summer program minimally working 40 hrs. per week (starting May 25, 2027)
Must have 1+ year of experience since August 2022 in any of the following: Sales (retail, restaurant, hospitality, commission sales, or goal-based sales), Military service, Collegiate student athlete, Held a student leadership role in a university organization
Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment)
No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
