Spring 2027 Management Trainee Sales Internship - Tacoma
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, allowing interns to learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers supporting their learning and growth. The role is located in the Tacoma, WA area and surrounding cities. This is a part-time, 12-week program with two session options, accommodating class schedules.
Requirements
- Must be a Senior enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program for the upcoming semester at a college or university, set to graduate Spring 2027.
- Minimum of six months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
- Ability to work 25 hours/week and make a 12-week commitment.
- Must attend a College/University in Washington state.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
Responsibilities
