About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students to build valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. As a paid intern, you will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers supporting learning and growth. This role is located in the Bellevue, WA area and surrounding cities, with hourly compensation of $20.00 per hour. It is a part-time, 12-week program with two session options that accommodate class schedules.

Requirements

• Must be a Senior enrolled in a full-time Bachelors degree program for the upcoming semester in a college or university set to graduate Spring 2027.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be able to work 25 hours/week and make a 12-week commitment beginning either January 6th, 2027 or March 26th, 2027, depending on academic calendar.
• Must attend a College/University in Washington state.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
