About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. This paid internship offers a part-time schedule and the opportunity to learn what it takes to run a successful business, acquiring highly marketable skills in management. Interns will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers supporting their learning and growth.

Requirements

• Must be a Senior enrolled in a full-time Bachelors degree program.
• Must be graduating by May 2027.
• Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug and/or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
• Must live in Waco or the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles.
• Take care of customers.
• Develop marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects.
• Engage in friendly competition with peers.
