Management Trainee Internship - Fall 2026
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is designed to help university students build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship provides real-world professional experience, offering insights into running a successful business and acquiring marketable management skills. Interns face similar challenges to first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peer support for learning and growth. The role is located in Montreal West Island and pays $22.11 per hour. Interns will learn to manage a fleet of vehicles, handle customer service, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships. They will complete intern projects and participate in friendly competitions, with potential eligibility for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Canadian university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Business degree program or similar.
- Graduating on or before August 2027.
- Available to work full time (40h) during the Fall 2026 semester.
- Authorized to work in Canada and not require sponsorship.
- Possess a valid driver's license with no more than 2 driving infractions in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
- Fluent in French.
