About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students to build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, allowing interns to learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and enjoyment. The role is located in the El Paso, TX area and is intended for students in their senior year of college/university, graduating no later than May 2028. The internship pays $16.00/hour and is part-time, with flexibility for class schedules. Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, operating brands like Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. The company manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and has a significant global presence.

Requirements

Current student enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program
Graduation date between now and May 2028
Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
No drug or alcohol-related conviction (i.e. DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past 5 years
Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
10-12 week commitment with availability to start in May
Minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week within business hours
Must live in the El Paso, TX. area, or have plans to relocate prior to start date
