About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university students to build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship provides real-world professional experience, helping interns stand out and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment. The role is located at one of our Montreal Island locations and pays $22.11 per hour. The internship offers opportunities for bonuses, training and development, scheduled departmental rotations (HR, Accounting, Business Sales, Operations, Car sales, etc.), market experience with a District Manager, a paid day of volunteering, and a special end-of-internship activity. There is a possibility for a Part-Time or Full-Time job offer after the internship.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Canadian university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Business degree program or similar.
  • Graduating on or before August 2027.
  • Available to work full time (40h) during the Fall 2026 semester.
  • Authorized to work in Canada and not require sponsorship.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with no more than 2 driving infractions on license in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
  • Fluent in French.

Responsibilities

  • Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles.
  • Take care of customers.
  • Develop marketing strategies.
  • Build relationships with customers and coworkers.
  • Complete intern projects.
  • Engage in friendly competition with peers.
