About The Position

This Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students looking to gain valuable business and leadership skills. It offers real-world professional experience that will help interns stand out. As a paid intern, you will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will tackle the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers supporting their learning and growth. This is a temporary part-time position for the Fall 2026 semester, with an hourly rate of $19. The role is located in the Central NJ area, covering Ocean, Monmouth, Middlesex, Somerset, Hunterdon, Morris, Sussex, and parts of Union Counties. Graduating seniors in Fall 2026 are eligible.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program at a college/university, graduating by December 2026.
  • The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position.
  • Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
  • Aside from religious observation, must be available to work approximately 25 hours per week during the internship within normal Enterprise business hours.
  • Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date.
  • Must have 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.

  • New Jersey DMV Requirements: First-time drivers or under 21 years old: If you are a first-time driver or under age 21 in New Jersey, you must complete the mandatory Graduated Driver License (GDL) program requirements.
