About The Position
Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Internship Program for Spring 2027. The internship is in the Tri Cities market and may support branch locations throughout Kingsport, Johnson City, Bristol, Elizabethton, Greeneville, and surrounding communities. Placement depends on business needs and available opportunities throughout the market. The paid internship runs from February 1, 2027, through April 30, 2027, with a part-time schedule of 25 hours per week and pay of $18.00 per hour. Interns learn how to run a successful business and develop management skills in a team-based environment, taking on challenges similar to those handled by first- and second-year full-time professionals. The program includes training, development, mentoring, and opportunities to explore long-term career paths following graduation.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be a senior enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and graduating by December 2027.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the last three years.
- Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice To Haves
- Relevant work experience, which may be non-concurrent, in sales, customer service, or management is preferred.
- Organizational involvement may be considered in lieu of work experience, including leadership in student organizations or clubs, volunteerism, community involvement, or participation as a student athlete.
