Management Consultant Partner
About The Position
Our client is one of the leading financial and technology consulting companies globally, they are involved in bank launches, transformations and complex change initiatives. We are looking for financial consultants who have experience of product and functional knowledge of front office, operations, technology, risk and compliance. You will have experience of both delivery and the development of new business along with an ability to lead a team. You will have a proven track record of working in a fast paced environment and have excellent interpersonal skills, being able to develop lasting client relationships. You will act as the lead delivering client engagements and have an ability to anticipate change. You will have experience of delivering concise reports to the clients and be aware of the changes in the financial industry.
Requirements
- 10 years experience of working in the Capital Markets and securities industry
- Over 5 years working as a consultant
- Experience of product and functional knowledge of front office, operations, technology, risk and compliance
- Experience of both delivery and the development of new business
- Proven track record of working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Goal orientated and used to hitting targets
- Excellent knowledge of multi asset classes (Fixed income, derivatives, swaps and equities)
- Understand the full trade lifecycle
- Excellent analytical/problem solving skills
- Stake holder management skills
