The Consultant Partner Director (CPD) is a strategic, people-centered leader responsible for owning the full consultant lifecycle after placement—driving engagement, performance, continuity, and long-term partnership. This role serves as the primary steward of consultant relationships, ensuring each consultant is supported, challenged, and positioned for sustained success while delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. The CPD blends high-touch relationship management with operational rigor, proactively addressing performance, continuity, and engagement needs to drive retention, extension, redeployment, and long-term partnership. The CPD partners closely with consultant partners, Client Partnership teams, and cross-functional leaders to ensure strong consultant engagement, client alignment, and delivery success. This role owns consultant continuity across engagements—proactively navigating extensions, transitions, and redeployment—while addressing performance feedback, engagement risks, and evolving client needs. In addition, the CPD plays a key role in strengthening consultant connection to the Evergreen community by supporting engagement, development, and alignment with Evergreen’s mission, values, and culture.
