About The Position

Sigma Defense is currently seeking a Management Analyst to work in support of the U.S. Army’s Network Modernization & Mission Network Technical Service Support (NetMod) program. NetMod provides product technical support services for systems and equipment produced, fielded, modified, or supported by PdM Network Modernization (NetMod) and PdM Mission Network within the Project Manager (PM) Tactical Network (TN) under the Program Executive Office for Command, Control, and Communications–Tactical (PEO C3T). This support may also extend to future systems and equipment acquired to maintain the Army’s technological advantage. Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant management experience as an analyst.
  • 5+ years of relevant Department of Defense (DoD) contracting experience.
  • Experience conducting research and compiling data from multiple sources to understand existing operations and identify problem areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data to pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas for improvement.
  • Strong ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings effectively.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
  • Functionality with the MS Office Suite is required.
  • Experience with tactical systems.
  • Experience analyzing and generating monthly reports for task orders requiring financial metrics and other government reporting and deliverable contract requirements.
  • Experience developing procedures and training materials on concepts and guidelines.
  • Experience analyzing operations within specific functional areas such as finance, operations, or human resources.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time.
  • Ability to accurately communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, which may include delivering presentations.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study.
  • Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion.
  • Lead and coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and personnel management.
  • Ensure project results meet established requirements for technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
  • Support the administrative and business operations of the project.
  • Gather and analyze data about organizational operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Apply acquired skills to perform routine tasks and complete assigned work with limited autonomy, following clearly defined procedures.
  • Maintain ongoing coordination with colleagues across the organization to ensure the effective and efficient utilization of resources, planning, and execution.
