About The Position

Bowhead seeks an Administrative Executive Analyst to join our team in supporting the Radar Technologies Division (LXL) at NSWC Crane. The Executive Administrative Analyst will provide high-level support to manage complex executive calendars, including meetings, travel and deadlines. The Administrative Executive Analyst will act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The Administrative Executive Analyst should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, experience using MS Project and a comprehensive understanding of Federal Joint Travel Regulations (JTR). The Executive Administrative Analyst must be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and is able to stay organized and multitask while meeting deadlines and assisting the office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of at least five (8+) years of experience however additional experience may be substituted for formal education for highly qualified candidates.
  • Solid working knowdledge an experience in MS Project Proffessional and office applications.
  • Experience in preparing project baselines, reports and forcasting.
  • Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
  • Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.
  • US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day schedule, all facets of travel arrangements, coordinate conference room availability, agenda and minutes
  • Plan and prepare production schedules for business units or organizations.
  • Serve as a liaison between the department manager and staff to ensure smooth workflow
  • Prepare presentations for meetings
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence
  • Provide status updates via reports and briefings to stakeholders at various levels to define business objectives, identifying risk, and prioritizing task on workload as requested
