About The Position

As a Management Analyst at Parsons, you will join a rapidly expanding team dedicated to mission-critical programs for the Department of War and United States Army. You’ll be part of a workforce of 500 professionals delivering expertise in software and hardware engineering, cybersecurity, system integration, and more, supporting a range of initiatives across Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood, Maryland, over a 5-year period and with a combined value of more than $600 million. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to deliver actionable recommendations that drive organizational effectiveness and contribute to national defense and Army modernization initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field required
  • 3 – 10+ years of professional experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
  • TS/SCI is required
  • An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to organizational performance, resource allocation, and program outcomes.
  • Develop and present recommendations to improve processes, solve problems, and support strategic objectives.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to inform best practices and support operational planning.
  • Collaborate with project teams and leadership to implement approved recommendations and monitor progress.
  • Support financial, cost, and operations research analysis as required.
  • Participate in and contribute to special projects, process improvement initiatives, and ad hoc analyses.
