About The Position

Candidates may be considered for one or both opportunities based on qualifications, experience, and interest; one application is sufficient for both. It also develops and maintains dashboards and performance reporting to support departmental goals and decision-making. The successful candidate turns financial and operational data into useful analysis, works with department leadership and field staff, and adjusts priorities to meet varying deadlines. Development Services oversees planning, land development engineering, traffic, infrastructure, sustainability, and watershed management. Public Works has four divisions responsible for streets, fleet, facilities, and parks maintenance. The Public Works analyst works within the Public Works Administrative Division and reports to the Finance Department. The 9/80 schedule provides every other Friday off. Development Services hours are 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; attendance at public hearings in the evening may be required a few times per year.
