About The Position

CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst IV with an active Top-Secret clearance to support the FBI/ERF/TTU in Quantico, VA. This role requires a proactive individual who will provide administrative, logistics, and basic technical support to the program. The Management Analyst's primary contributions are semi-technical and necessitate collaboration with government program personnel. Additionally, the Management Analyst will assist the unit with other duties as assigned within the scope of work. Requirements

  • Active Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly.
  • Five (5) plus years of relevant work experience in electrical, wireless, and/or RF equipment maintenance and testing; inventory tracking and auditing; telecommunications account auditing; and budget planning and pre-contract award documentation.
  • Ability to lift Pelican cases up to 75 lbs.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint editing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and electronic.
  • Motivation and willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

  • Competence in applying knowledge of administrative principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Understand basic budgetary and financial management principles and techniques as they relate to long range planning of programs and objectives.
  • Assist with market research and cost estimates for equipment, services, and supplies utilized by the unit and assist with preparation of pre-award documents, accruals, and other procurement documentation.
  • Assignments require: (a) Good working knowledge of the administrative systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines; (b) An understanding of the needs of the organization serviced; and (c) Analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data, to establish the facts, and to take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines.
  • Experience with and perform limited aspects of technical inventory management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, property utilization) related to unit's equipment/supplies or other supply activities.
  • Transport equipment/supplies using agency provided vehicles; following all state driving laws while operating agency vehicles; and maintaining a good driving record.
  • Create shipping forms and ensure items are shipped through agency shipping center (as needed). Process any incoming deliveries of equipment/supplies. Provide copies of receipts to the COR.
  • Enter accountable assets in Asset Management System (data entry).
  • Add accountable property items to the Asset Management System. Provide list of property numbers to COR.
  • Shall have basic knowledge and work safely with electrical, wireless, and/or radio frequency (RF) equipment.
  • Basic hardware assembly for program equipment/kits and/or special projects (when requested).
  • Follow specific instructions regarding Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
