About The Position

DEL REY Systems & Technology, Inc. is seeking Analysts, level I, to work at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Crane, Indiana. The role involves collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information to provide recommendations to the Government. This includes defining challenges, analyzing data such as revenues, employment, cost performance, schedules, and expenditures, and interviewing managers and employees to develop solutions. Analysts will need to understand the organization's nature, its relationships within the Government, and its internal structure and culture. Responsibilities also include preparing and solving mathematical models, reporting findings and recommendations both in writing and through oral presentations, and potentially assisting in the implementation of suggestions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field
3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis
Must possess an active SECRET security clearance

Responsibilities

Collect, review, and analyze information to make recommendations to the Government.
Define the nature and extent of challenges discovered.
Analyze relevant data including annual revenues, employment, cost performance, schedules, or expenditures.
Interview managers and employees while observing their operations and develop solutions to challenges.
Understand the nature of the organization, its relationship with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.
Prepare and solve mathematical models.
Report findings and recommendations to the Government.
Submit reports in writing and provide oral presentations regarding findings.
Assist in implementing suggestions for some projects.
