About The Position

The City of Roseville's Environmental Utilities Department is seeking a collaborative and analytical Management Analyst to support strategic planning initiatives, regulatory compliance, performance tracking, and grant development across utilities. This position plays a key role in connecting data, policy, and operations to support effective service delivery and informed decision-making within one or more of the program areas: Solid Waste, Water, Stormwater, and Wastewater utilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, experience managing multiple priorities, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, consultants, regulators, and community partners. This role will support strategic planning efforts, compliance reporting, grant administration, contract management, policy development, and special projects that help advance the department’s operational and sustainability goals across utilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business administration, finance, accounting, public administration, or a related field.
  • Possession of a valid California driver’s license by date of appointment.
  • For Management Analyst II: Two years of responsible experience performing duties similar to that of an Management Analyst I with the City of Roseville.
