About The Position

DEL REY Systems & Technology, Inc. is seeking Analysts level II for a position located in Crane, Indiana at the Naval Surface Warfare Center. The role involves collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information to make recommendations to the Government. This includes defining challenges, analyzing data such as revenues, employment, cost performance, schedules, and expenditures, and interviewing managers and employees to develop solutions. Analysts will need to understand the organization's nature, its relationships within the Government, and its internal structure and culture. Responsibilities also include preparing and solving mathematical models, reporting findings and recommendations (both written and oral), and potentially assisting in the implementation of suggestions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field
7 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
Must possess an active SECRET security clearance

Responsibilities

Collect, review, and analyze information to make recommendations to the Government.
Define the nature and extent of any challenges discovered.
Analyze relevant data which may include areas such as, annual revenues, employment, cost performance, schedules or expenditures.
Interview managers and employees while observing their operations and develop solutions to challenges.
Understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.
Prepare and solve mathematical models.
Report findings and recommendations to the Government.
Make oral presentations regarding findings.
Assist in implementing suggestions made for some projects.
