About The Position
The Quality Assurance Specialist provides enterprise-wide operational oversight for modality performance across the Mass General Brigham (MGB) Radiology department. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of mammography services throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Health Sciences required or Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences preferred.
- Radiologic Technologist [MA - Radiography and Mammography] required.
- ARRT-R required.
- ARRT-M required.
- Radiology Technologist experience with multiple patient populations (5-7 years preferred) OR Leadership experience (1-2 years preferred) OR Quality experience (2-3 years preferred).
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to effectively evaluate and problem solve.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to guide, teach, and motivate others.
- Good business acumen and analytical skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences preferred.
- Radiology Technologist experience with multiple patient populations (5-7 years preferred).
- Leadership experience (1-2 years preferred).
- Quality experience (2-3 years preferred).
