About The Position

We are currently seeking a detail-driven Quality Assurance Specialist to support our pipe fabrication operations. This role ensures compliance with codes of construction while managing critical quality documentation and inspection activities.

Requirements

• Experience in pipe fabrication QA/QC or industrial inspection
• Strong knowledge of ASME B31.3, B31.1, and Section IX
• Ability to read piping isometrics, weld symbols, and technical specifications
• Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills
• Must possess excellent skills and experience with the Google platform
• Must be self-directed and detail oriented
• Must be able to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage welder qualifications, continuity tracking, and ASME Section IX compliance
• Review project specifications before and after project awards
• Partner with Project Managers and the Engineering Department during job set-up
• Prepare and submit quality documents to clients, and track/resolve returned comments
• Develop project inspection & Test plans and coordinate quality requirements
• Attend pre-inspection meetings and communicate expectations to internal teams
