About The Position

The Male Facility Attendant, also described in the posting as a Locker Room and Maintenance Associate, maintains clean, organized, and functional locker room areas while providing exceptional, customer-centric service to clients. The role includes replenishing amenities and disposables, handling linens, maintaining supplies and removing trash, and frequently spot-cleaning in accordance with OSHA standards and club protocols. The attendant also helps with club operations and special events, addresses member issues, and performs other duties as assigned. The posted compensation range is $15.00 to $19.00 per hour. Exos states that pay may vary based on local wage laws and factors including site location, specialty, certifications, work experience, and other business needs. Responsibilities

Maintain a high level of cleanliness in locker rooms.
Refill amenities and disposables.
Gather, wash, dry, and fold linens as needed.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and locker room amenities.
Empty and remove trash as needed.
Keep equipment, closets, and dispensaries clean and organized.
Provide exceptional service to clients through customer-centric behavior.
Frequently spot-clean locker rooms throughout the day in compliance with OSHA standards and club protocols.
Assist with special events, projects, and programs as needed.
Assist with club operations as needed.
Ensure locker room equipment is functioning properly.
Resolve member issues using effective customer service and leadership skills.
Perform other duties as assigned.
