Requirements

• Strong domain expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance (North America)
• Hands-on experience in Java-based development (OOP concepts)
• Experience in HLD/LLD design and application development
• Knowledge of Oracle DB, RDBMS concepts, SQL scripting
• Familiarity with XML/XSD and REST APIs
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Azure or AWS)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and release processes

Nice To Haves

• Experience in requirement gathering and business process understanding

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, business users, and solution architects to manage backlog and production support
• Develop and configure applications using Majesco (ICD/ICM), including workflows, object models, and mappings
• Design and implement business rules using rules engine
• Handle production support and UAT activities
• Perform unit testing, deployment, and data validation
• Ensure application performance and meet business requirements
• Work with Agile teams and track tasks using tools like Jira
