The Maitre D' plays a crucial role in the restaurant’s success by assisting the Management Team with seating the dining room. The role follows proper steps of service and company guidelines, while using skill, knowledge, and personality to help provide patrons with a memorable dining experience. The position is in an upscale/fine dining setting.
