About The Position

We are looking for a maintenance tech that can do a little bit of everything and has experience but a stronger knowledge of electrical systems and components. ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.

Requirements

  • Microsoft office, Maximo or CMMS experience
  • 2 years instrumentation experience and/or equivalent degree or schooling (industrial or commercial setting)
  • Able to run conduit, troubleshoot, replace breakers, drives, relays, and read blue prints
  • Electromechanical - Trouble shooting
  • Basic knowledge of electrical safety devices (breakers, fuses, etc.) and how to replace them.
  • Know how to replace motors and bearings.
  • Demonstrated safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills; able to collaborate with colleagues and management teams to complete assignments in a timely manner and a positive attitude.
  • Willing to improve technical skills through on-the-job and/or outside training.
  • Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture by being an active participant in safety programs
  • Understand and follow company safety procedures

Nice To Haves

  • Welding is a plus not necessary but should be willing to learn.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain machinery and equipment.
  • Operate hoists, lift trucks, bobcat, telehandler, hand tools and power tools.
  • Snow Removal and Salting
  • Troubleshoot mechanical failures and pneumatic systems.
  • Preform Preventive Maintenance / Follow Maintenance Schedule
  • Troubleshooting Packer / Palletizer troubleshooting
  • Watch for and report all safety issues
  • Follow all GMP and HACCP policies
