About The Position
Morgan Properties will train you to become a Maintenance Technician through a full-time paid training program. No prior apartment maintenance experience is needed. If you are dependable, ready to learn, and like hands-on work, this program offers a career path to a permanent Maintenance Technician role with benefits. The training program lasts 3 to 6 months and includes on-the-job training, company-paid certifications, and pay increases as you progress through different skill levels.
Requirements
