About The Position

Morgan Properties is offering a full-time paid training program to help individuals start a career in apartment maintenance. This program, known as the Fix It Forward Program, provides on-the-job training to develop the skills needed to become a Maintenance Technician. No prior experience is required, only a willingness to learn, dependability, and an interest in hands-on work. The training program lasts 3 to 6 months and progresses through three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, with pay increases at each stage and upon permanent placement. Upon permanent placement, employees are eligible for additional benefits such as apartment discounts, commissions, and tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Undertake more complex repairs with less supervision.
• Handle complex work and prepare for a permanent role.
