About The Position
The Maintenance Technician works at the Retreat at Johns Creek, taking ownership of their role at the property and providing residents with great customer service. The position handles resident and property service requests and uses—or develops—skills in areas such as HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, groundskeeping, drywall, minor carpentry, and heat pumps. A positive, professional attitude is expected.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience with, or desire to learn, maintenance skills such as HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, groundskeeping, drywall, minor carpentry, and heat pumps.
- Positive and professional attitude and demeanor.
Nice To Haves
- EPA certification.
- CPO certification.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the maintenance role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
- Complete resident and property service requests.
- Perform or learn maintenance tasks involving HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, groundskeeping, drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, and related skills.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor.
