About The Position

LifeClinic, located within Life Time facilities, seeks a chiropractor to restore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance. The chiropractor provides adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehabilitation exercises in 30-minute, one-on-one patient visits. The practice serves a health-conscious patient base and primarily uses cash-based sessions. LifeClinic offers a proven practice model and extensive training, with schedule flexibility possible once revenue targets are met. The position begins at a salary of $80,000, which may increase based on experience and qualifications. It is also eligible for monthly incentives tied to performance metrics, with total annual cash compensation potential of $150,000 or more. While building a client base—which usually takes about six months—the chiropractor is expected to work 50 or more hours per week and Saturday mornings, market services, and meet performance expectations. The chiropractor provides clinical care, develops patient relationships and clientele, and handles administrative and operational duties.
