About The Position

Chili’s bartenders serve food and drinks while creating a lively atmosphere through hospitality. They provide excellent service, help Guests feel special, and contribute to a safe and welcoming environment. The role is based at the Johns Creek Chili’s location. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Requirements

• Meet the minimum age requirement for the position in the applicable locality.
• Have a positive, outgoing attitude and a genuine desire to exceed Guest expectations.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Be able to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
• Be a team player.

• Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest.
• Remain visible behind the bar to assist Guests and Team Members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food and beverages.
