About The Position

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the team at Artesia Apartments in Everett, Washington. The company manages apartment communities throughout the Western United States and focuses on enriching residents’ lives and supporting employee development. The ideal candidate has experience across multiple maintenance trades and a strong customer-service orientation.

The role includes maintaining apartment buildings and grounds, completing service requests and apartment turnovers, repairing appliances, and responding to emergency calls. Reliable transportation is required, and the technician must be available for an on-call rotation. Employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties. Requirements

• Preferably at least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200-unit property.
• Experience in multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning.
• Customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work an on-call rotation.
• Acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties.
• Submit to a background check and drug screen if identified for the position.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances.
• Perform painting and apartment turnovers.
• Take emergency calls.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
