About The Position

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the team at Artesia Apartments in Everett, Washington. The role supports apartment community operations through grounds and common-area upkeep, maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, and emergency call response. The ideal candidate is experienced across maintenance trades and is strongly focused on customer service. The position includes an on-call rotation. Compensation is $25–$27 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Preferably at least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200-unit property.
• Experience in all trades, including plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning.
• Customer-service-focused attitude.
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work an on-call rotation.
• Acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties as a condition of employment.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200-unit property is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Perform appliance repairs.
