About The Position
Maintenance Technicians help ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment and assist their manager in maintaining smooth operations so customers can be served promptly. This is a customer-facing position with general customer service duties. No prior experience is required; training will be provided. The role may also involve cross-training in other departments.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer assistance, resolve issues, and help ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
- Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations, including equipment repair and maintenance, pressure washing, plumbing repair, and site inspections.
- Comply with company safety policies and procedures, prioritizing customer safety and satisfaction.
- Potentially cross-train in roles such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and leadership.
