About The Position

Maintenance Technicians help ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment and assist their manager in maintaining smooth operations and serving customers. This is a customer-facing position that includes general customer service duties. No prior experience is required; training will be provided. Technicians assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs. They use various tools and equipment to maintain facility operations, including performing equipment repair and maintenance, pressure washing, plumbing repair, and site inspections. Additional duties may include cross-training in other departments, such as cashier, facility maintenance, and leadership roles. Safety policies and procedures must be followed, with customer safety and satisfaction prioritized.

Requirements

Ability to move and lift 25 pounds or more.
Ability to work in various temperatures.
No prior experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Provide customer assistance, resolve issues, and help ensure a positive customer experience.
Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations.
Perform equipment repair and maintenance, including work involving HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, and refrigeration systems.
Perform pressure washing, plumbing repair, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
Potentially cross-train in other departments, including store cashier, restaurant cashier, facility maintenance, and leadership roles.
Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
