About The Position

Weinstein Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Make Ready to join the team at Bexley at Silverado in Cedar Park, Texas. This is a full-time, long-term role at a well-maintained community. The technician completes make-ready work in vacant apartments, assists with maintenance work orders, and helps maintain the property’s grounds, amenities, pool areas, and overall appearance. The role requires participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule.

Requirements

At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
Willingness to train and work toward HVAC certification if not already certified.
Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work.
Ability to work independently and be a reliable team player.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks.
Reliable transportation.
Comfort using computers and mobile devices, including Outlook and work order systems.
Ability to drive a golf cart.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors and outdoors year-round.
Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
Background check required.

Nice To Haves

EPA certification (Type II or Universal).
Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.

Responsibilities

Complete the turn/make-ready process for vacant apartments.
Assist the team with maintenance work orders as needed.
Help maintain property grounds on a daily basis.
Maintain the appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas.
Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly.
