About The Position
PDM US is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations in Rock Hill. The role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining facility and production equipment, with a strong emphasis on industrial HVAC systems. Industrial or commercial HVAC experience is required. The position works a 2-2-3 schedule from 6:50 AM to 7:00 PM. The technician will work in a manufacturing environment supporting facility systems and production equipment, with opportunities to broaden skills into multi-craft industrial maintenance and contribute to equipment reliability and plant operations.
Requirements
- Industrial or commercial HVAC maintenance experience is required.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Ability to work safely and independently in a manufacturing environment.
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience is strongly preferred.
- EPA Section 608 certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial HVAC systems and related equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and HVAC-related issues.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize downtime.
- Complete routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
- Support facility and equipment improvement projects as needed.
