About The Position
PDM US is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support its manufacturing operations in Rock Hill, with a strong emphasis on industrial HVAC systems. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining facility and production equipment. Industrial or commercial HVAC experience is required. The technician will work in a fast-moving manufacturing environment and help support equipment reliability and plant operations. The position also offers opportunities to broaden technical skills beyond HVAC into multi-craft industrial maintenance, with exposure to both facility systems and production equipment.
Requirements
- Industrial or commercial HVAC maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Ability to work safely and independently in a manufacturing environment.
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience.
- EPA Section 608 certification.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial HVAC systems and related equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and HVAC-related issues.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize downtime.
- Complete routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
- Support facility and equipment improvement projects as needed.
