About The Position
This is a skilled, hands-on maintenance position supporting multiple HOA and COA communities across Central Ohio. You will work both independently and as part of a team to maintain common areas, buildings, and exterior structures. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working across multiple trades rather than routine unit turns.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (property, facilities, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently across multiple locations
- Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and exterior maintenance
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Own basic hand tools
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance (required for work travel)
Nice To Haves
- HOA, COA, or multifamily maintenance experience
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and service requests across multiple communities
- Complete carpentry, painting, plumbing, and basic electrical repairs
- Repair gutters, downspouts, doors, gates, wood trim, siding, and exterior features
- Work safely on ladders, roofs, and exterior structures
- Respond to on-call emergencies as scheduled
- Interact professionally with homeowners, Board members, and vendors
- Prioritize work orders and manage time independently
