Position : Maintenance Technician Location : Kentucky Association District (serving COA & HOA communities in Northern Kentucky) Erlanger, KY Work Schedule : Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation Competitive Pay: $22 to $26 hourly (based on experience and qualifications) Make an Impact As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll help keep communities safe, functional, and well-maintained. Requirements

• 1+ year of direct experience in general maintenance
• Own basic hand tools
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and auto-insurance for work use

• Willingness to learn — we are willing to train the right candidate and provide the support needed to succeed in this role
• Comfortable working on ladders and exterior projects
• Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and respond to service requests across HOA/COA communities
• Complete work involving carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and minor construction
• Repair gutters, downspouts, doors, gates, and wood trim
• Work on ladders for roofs, siding, and exterior maintenance
• Provide excellent service to homeowners and Boards
• Manage priorities, handle on-call emergencies, and work independently
