Position: Maintenance Technician Location: Kentucky Association District (serving COA & HOA communities in Northern Kentucky) Erlanger, KY Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation Competitive Pay: $22 to $26 hourly (based on experience and qualifications) Make an Impact As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll help keep communities safe, functional, and well-maintained. This hands-on role offers variety, problem-solving, and the opportunity to make a difference every day. Requirements
- 1+ year of general maintenance experience
- Skilled in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Comfortable working on ladders and exterior projects
- Basic hand tools required
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position
- 1+ year of direct experience in general maintenance
- Own basic hand tools
- Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and auto-insurance for work use
