Position: Maintenance Technician Location: Kentucky Association District (serving COA & HOA communities in Northern Kentucky) Erlanger, KY Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation Competitive Pay: $22 to $26 hourly (based on experience and qualifications) Make an Impact As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll help keep communities safe, functional, and well-maintained. This hands-on role offers variety, problem-solving, and the opportunity to make a difference every day.
