Requirements
- Communication skills that could smooth over a neighborhood BBQ feud
- Organized, self-driven, and able to juggle (metaphorically)
- Comfort with budgets, bids, and handling tough conversations
- Able to flex your schedule for evening meetings and site visits

- Experience managing HOAs or condos
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to expert for HOA/COA Boards and residents
- Field resident questions and concerns (with patience and professionalism)
- Get quotes and manage vendors for landscaping, paving, roofing—you name it
- Oversee budgets and help communities plan for the future
- Conduct property inspections like a pro
- Attend Board and Annual Meetings—yes, some evenings, but we promise it’s worth it
- Keep your communities running smoothly and your Boards smiling
