Requirements
- 3+ years Robotic experience such as Motoman and/or Fanuc
- Electrical machine wiring preferred
- Blueprint & electrical reading experience required
- Hydraulics and pneumatics experience required
- Automotive manufacturing experience required
Nice To Haves
- Journey worker license preferred
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots and repairs machinery & equipment
- Ability to read and troubleshoot using electrical and mechanical schematics
- Install and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers, wiring and electrical/electronic components
- Dismantle defective equipment and install new or repaired parts
- Set-up and operate machine tools such as lathe, mill, grinder, and drill to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs fixtures, and tools
- Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts
- Fabricate and repair table, benches, racks, and other metal structures
- Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other machine parts
- Perform preventative maintenance on machines & equipment
