About The Position

The Maintenance Technician repairs and maintains the property’s mechanical and electrical equipment, plumbing fixtures, structural facilities, and grounds. The role supports satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations, and resident retention by helping maintain a safe and comfortable environment. The technician performs routine and preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment, responds to work orders, troubleshoots and completes repairs, and inspects properties to identify and address potential problems. Maintenance work must comply with safety regulations and company standards. The position is full-time, generally scheduled Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility and on-call work as needed for emergency maintenance requests. Compensation is up to $22 per hour.

Requirements

Experience in general maintenance work, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to complete work thoroughly and accurately.
A customer-service focus and professional responsiveness to residents' maintenance requests.
Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
